Customers have been asked to immediately stop using the Buy Right Mini Oil Column Heater 600W, Model DF-600H1-5.
The error has been described as inadequate oil being applied at point of assembly. This fault could lead to excessive heat and an oil leak, leading to an unsafe situation for consumers and potential harm.
This product, sold after 1 April 2012, can be specifically identified by the data label which is on all products, with the mentioned model DF-600H1-5.
Mire 10 has advised customers to cease using the heater and return it to their nearest Mitre 10 or Mitre 10 MEGA store for a full refund.

The Warehouse recalls convection oven
The details of the affected model have been given as: Model number: KHC-625, Barcode: 9-332066-028973, sold between Monday 21 May 2012 and Saturday 4 August 2012.
The fault could result in overheating and hence poses a potential fire risk. The Warehouse has asked customers to stop using the oven immediately and return it to any Warehouse store for a full refund.
Apologising for the inconvenience, the Warehouse has requested customers to provide their receipt where possible to assist with the processing of refunds.
